Empowering youth. Building skills. Growing our community.
Breaking Chains Community Centre is a community centre serving Sebokeng and surrounding townships with programmes in skills training, education, wellness and enterprise development.
What we do
Our work is built around practical skills, education and community life — all offered from our centre in Zone 13, Sebokeng.
Digital Literacy
Computer training that opens doors to study and work opportunities.
Education Support
Tutoring, reading and literacy support for learners and adults.
Youth Development
Life skills, leadership, mentorship, sports, arts and culture.
Work & Enterprise
Work readiness and entrepreneurship support for job seekers.

A place where skills turn into opportunity
We work primarily with young people aged 15–35, along with learners, unemployed youth, entrepreneurs, women, children and community members. Whether you want to learn computer skills, prepare for work, start a business or get academic support, there is a place for you here.
